All personal training is done LIVE virtually over video calls (i.e. Zoom, Skype, WhatsApp, Facetime, etc.) It all starts with your free fitness assessment where we can gather all the information we need about you. We then pair you with a nationally accredited DTH personal trainer and you begin your program. Training time is flexible and based on your schedule

During your free fitness assessment, we will ask you a series of questions related to your lifestyle, medical/orthopedic history as well as evaluating your mobility and performance. Most importantly, we want to learn about your goals and personality so we can ensure a perfect fit with the perfect coach.

Your fitness assessment will give us a great understanding of your current status and what is needed for you to succeed in regards to session frequency and training style. We have multiple options ranging from 4-12 sessions per month.

We do not believe in the “one size fits all’ approach, so it’s difficult to give a specific time frame. We customize our workouts to ensure the best results in the safest way possible. Every person is different so results can vary per individual. We encourage your commitment and consistency to the programming in order to have the best results as quickly as possible. We have seen amazing things happen when our members are willing to show up for themselves and are paired with the right trainer.

Absolutely! You can do your workouts anywhere. As long as you have access to login into your session virtually, we can train you. We have members that we train at parks, gyms, beaches, hotels, etc.

Yes. We provide you with a customized nutritional plan that fits in with your lifestyle and dietary needs. All DTH Fitness personal trainers have experience in providing nutritional guidance in accordance with your fitness plan in order to see the best results.

Your progress is tracked through our DTH Fitness CorSync software. It tracks your progress photos, weight, body fat percentage, heart rate zone monitoring, goal % completion and nutritional compliance. Your DTH personal trainer will also track progress of physical capabilities. All of this data is crucial to ensure you are seeing progress.

We work with individuals starting at all levels. Whether you are a complete beginner with no prior experience, or a seasoned fitness pro, we have DTH personal trainers that can help you achieve your goals at any part of your journey.

Our options range from month by month commitments to up to 6 month commitments. You can choose whichever option that makes you most comfortable.

We have a large team of DTH personal trainers with the flexibility of trying more than one trainer. If at any point you feel that you want to work with someone else, we can make that happen.

It all depends on your level of fitness as well as your desired goals. We have many members that use minimal pieces of equipment as well as members that have a larger variety to work with. During your free fitness assessment, we will evaluate what is necessary/works best for you.

Yes. We have local locations that allow for in-person personal training options as well. Please give us a call and we can let you know about availability in your area.
