DRIVE
Drive is the mindset element of a person’s fitness journey. What is their true motivation for changing their fitness habits, or their biggest reason WHY? What are the excuses getting in their way or telling them they can’t do it? Aside from the gym and the kitchen, healthy habits are formed in the mind first. We understand the significance of the mind-body connection, and keep this at the forefront when training all of our clients. When they recognize their WHY, they are able to stay accountable for much longer.
TRAIN
Train is the core of what we do. It’s designing a fitness training program tailor-made for a client’s unique goals, health, and fitness levels. Because what works well for one person will definitely not be a perfect fit for someone else. It’s teaching the client how to use proper form and equipment so that they develop the right habits for life. It’s motivating them to keep up with their exercise even when there’s no scheduled session.

HUSTLE
Hustle is not giving up, even when it’s tough! If this was easy, everyone would be doing it. We understand that comfort zones are exactly that – comfortable. But this transformation is all about stepping outside that box and doing the work to get results you’ve never had before. Maybe a client pushes him or herself a little bit further than last week, tries a new exercise, or adds an extra mile to their run. Whatever that extra hustle is for you, we’re going to work with you to reach a little further and believe in yourself.
