Each trainer on our team is thoroughly vetted and has an extensive educational background, including a Bachelor, Master, and Doctorate in Exercise Science and kinesiology.

COACH LYSANNE

Lysanne is a ISSA Certified Personal Trainer for over 20 years. She has strong background in personal & vast experience in group training.

COACH ANDREW

Andrew are certified NASM CPT, Corrective Exercise Specialist, Fitness Nutrition Specialist, Weight Loss Specialist, Behavioral Change Specialist

COACH JIM

Jim has 15+ years of experience and a Certified Athletic Trainer with Bachelors degree In Health and Exercise Science from Rowan University.

COACH ALEX

Alex has 10 years experience and has Certifications/College Degree(s): NASM CPT, Precision Nutrition, Functional Range Conditioning (FRC)

They also hold professional certifications, including: NASM, NSCA-CSCS, ISSA, ACSM, WITS, FMS, FRC, ACE, AFAA, CPR/AED.
